Do You Provide Insurance?Insurance is included within the cost of the motorhome hire for the whole of the booking period. We can insure you and another driver providing you both meet the required criteria. Drivers must be 30- 79 years of age and have no more than 6 points and held a full UK/ EU driving licence for more than 2 years

What documents do I need to provide?We will need to compleate an online DVLA licence check prior to collection. A copy of the front and back of your driving licence is required and also provide us with two forms of proof of address, these can be utility bills, TV/ internet bill, bank or credit card statement, mortgage statement or council tax bill, these must all be dated within the last 90 days of the hire.

Do you provide somewhere for me to store my car when I pick up the motorhome?We provide secure storage for your car, however it is left at own risk and we are not liable for it.

Do you allow pets in the motorhomes?Sorry, no pets are permitted.

Do you allow smoking?It is against the law to smoke in any of our motorhomes, if we find evidence that you have been smoking there is a £300 fine to be paid to cover extensive cleaning.

Does the motorhome include a tank of diesel?A full tank of diesel is provided however you must bring it back with a full tank too, a petrol station is within 3 miles of our base location.

How do I keep the motorhome clean?You are to use cleaning materials that are provided within the motorhome. Our motorhome will have been cleaned to a high standard before you collect it. We expect the motorhome to be returned as you found it. The outside doesn't need to be cleaned.

Can I take the motorhome out of the UK?Travel outside of the uk is not permitted.

How can I pay?Our insurance policy requires that all payments are paid via bank transfer as payments have to be 100% traceable so this means we cant accept cash.

Is a deposit required?We take a 20% non- refundable deposit on booking ( if the hire date is more than 4 weeks away). The full amount is payable 28 days before the hire date.

Is a bond to be held on the motorhome?A bond £1250.00 is held until the motorhome is returned to us and inspected. The bond is the set amount regardless of the period of hire. You must pay the bond via BACS only. The bond will be refunded within a week after the return of the motorhome as long as no damage has been caused to the motorhome.

What notice is needed if I want to cancel?If you cancel your hire, your deposit will be retained as it's non-refundable. if you cancel less than 4 weeks 100% of your booking will be retained.

Can I change my booking?If you wish to change you booking please contact us directly, so that we can try to help assist you. There is no guarantee that a motorhome or the dates you require will be available to you at your request. You cannot transfer or gift your booking to another person under any circumstances.

Is there a minimum booking length?The minimum booking length is 3 days, however there is no maximum.
